We shake out unwanted dust, then we hand wash your rug section by section using a PH balanced cleaning solution and rinse it with ionized water, next we extract your carpet and re-hang it to dry.  Pet Odor Restoration
When we say complete, that is what we mean. Do you have a problem area? A spot that your pet just can't get enough of? If you do, we have the answer for you! We use the same cleaning process as described in our carpet cleaning heading but we also disengage your carpet, put up the soiled padding, either treat the sub-floor with a sealer or lightly sand hardwood floors and re-place the padding. Once the carpet is dry, we come back, re-install the disengaged area of carpet, clean the effected area again and spray with a neutralizer made specifically for pet odors.
